Take pictures of foreclosed properties and repossessed assets, both before and after the cleanup.

Improve the marketability of repossessed assets and prepare them for resale.

Clean and detail various vehicles, including cars, trucks, boats, motorcycles, and ATVs.

List repossessed assets on the auction website and show them to potential bidders.

Conduct on-site visits for legal notifications and verification of information.

Evaluate and inspect assets to determine their fair market value.

Conduct internet searches, industry research, and phone interviews to determine the fair market value of assets.

Arrange the pickup and delivery of repossessed assets.
